There might be people interested in a new tent. We`ve got our new tent today, since the old one is much to heavy and to spacy (packed) for the trailer. The new one is very spacy, has two cabins - we will travel with one - allows us more space within the tent during bad weather perods. Price was 105,- €. If someone is interested, I will give you the name of the shop. click here for tent1click here for tent3click here for tent4Hope vacation time with plenty of sunshine will arrive soon !!! bunnie: tried to make it work, but this is all I could do

this is a nice tent. We are looking too and this model also. What I worry about is that strap on the ground.

Don't you take any notice of that moany old git Rudy It a great tent for the money. Takes up less space and looks easy to put up, and if it rains I can bring my tent inside it ;D At 104 euro if its good for one season you get your moneys worth out of it.

TwoWheelsI noticed that too. It helps if you just try it a second time; hit the F5 keypress shift and click on the link then you probably get that blue square then click on go

Hey Bunnie, nice job. Ok, I already know that I am a computer potatoe Ok, if it rains during the meeting - we can party in my tent - but we only can do this, if doc will not put his tent into ours ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Bunnie, I don`t know for what kind of use the strap on the ground is

I am a potato Bunnie, I don`t know for what kind of use the strap on the ground is Well without the strap the tent would want to spread out straight. It's to hold the arch in shape. I got the pics by right clicking, scrolling down to properties and copying the URL from there. Then I just pasted it in my browser addy.

Thanks Bunnie for the tents. That's a real good tent there Rudy,I was out last week & bought a 4 man tent for myself for €49.99.I could'nt beleive how cheap they are compared to years ago,I was looking at a 8 man tent for €100,I thought it was a circus tent ;D ;D I hope I don't have to use it as I prefer Hotels or B+B. I also got a self inflated mattress in Lidl's for €17.99.I'm looking for a sleeping bag with a zip all the way round,I have 2 doubles & 2 single Mummy type sleeping bags, but these would be too hot in France.I think this is the last thing on my shopping list.
Has anybody tried out a 12volt kettle on your bike,I know you would have to keep the bike running so you would'nt flatten the battery,I was wondering how long does it take to boil, the kettle I mean ;D ;D
Has anyone made a list of what they are taking,if it was posted here,we could check it out & compare, maybe we are leaving important things behind that we really need.

Noel, yes tents got much cheaper than a few years ago. I will post a "pack list" over the weekend. Need to translate that into English. It is a packlist specially for motorcycle vacation for riders those go with a tent. If I would give you our personal packlist, you will need to buy a trailer ;D Need to carry all the stuff for three people !!! Guess I need to do some work out for my body since I have to ride that truck !! By the way - your last posting sounded for my ears, that you will join us for the meeting ? That would be great ! Roland - havn`t done the rain test yet. But I hope the tent and us stays dry
