Yes, Bunnie! That would make motorcycle riding much easier in this times. -5 degree and ice on the roads in the moment here.

Come on, guys!!! Weather can't be that bad as you all say.
This bike meeting had 26,116 bikes who signed in. There were at least another 20,000 bikes who went to the meeting but didn't sign in. That makes almost 50,000 bikes all around Valladolid and I can tell you that they wer not all of them from Spain.
I saw lots of French, Dutch and German plates. The organization gives some awards at the end of the meeting and this year the ones coming from the longest distance were from Poland. I even talked to a guy with a first Gen Venture coming Italy. You can't beleive what it was in his odometer. 900,000 km driven with his Venture + sidercar and he drove all of them. I still don't know if I should believe him. I gave him our forum and web address anyway.
So, don't tell me that you can't ride. People from all over Europe has come by bike to this meeting and temeperature was also -4 ºC and foggy on Friday here where they all camped. You had to see what people invent to avoid the cold in the hands, feet or anywhere. Crazy people, real bikers.
Next year you all come.
Best regards,
Nacho.

It is not that we can't ride. I rode a venture every day also in winter.
The problem is not the weather but the salt on the roads: it kills the looks of your bike.

Great pics, YTU and Nacho! I love to see a lot of RSV together!
BTW: Icy roads here today morning when I rode my little 125 bike to work. But the tires had a better grip as my shoes! Two slides but always kept upright. Tomorrow I will take my car again.
