Here's a pic of the kliktronic unit as fitted to my bike now. Because the linkage runs on two splines (the lever spline and the shift spline), and these are not perfectly in line, and a bit worn, the fork on the push rod jams where the lever is curved. I've shimmed out the footrest mount to get it straight but she's still sticking at times. You'll see also that Ian fitted a hand lever for me to lower the side stand with..ugly but works well, so might stick with it for a bit. I'm either going to have to fabricate a straight lever to get round the curve in the stock on causing a slight arc movement, or move the whole system to work directly on the main spline with a special lever. I favour the latter as it's direct, since all linkages have slack and mine have quite a bit. OH yes and that knob just where the air goes in. What pressure should I have in my system? and what kind of setting should I use for a heavy rider and gear?
