Wonderful exciting News !!!!
today i bought a new battery
at POLO
and you wont belive
there is a battery sensor included
its a koyo battery for only 44 euros
i know that questions regarding to the sensor had been asked in the past several times how to get rid of that d**n warning signal led in the computer monitor i think thats the best way to fix that prob

Hi ! Why you are wondering ? See the VARTA-catalog and you will see, that there are some accumulators (it is NOT a battery !!) with the sensor, you need for the venture. You mustn't buy the POLO-nuts (no-name-products made in China) - you can also buy Quality with a sensor. MIKE VCCZ

Hi Mike thx for response pls register here to become a member if you read my posting again you will recognize: there had been questions ( not from me )( also in the staates on the forum ) and pls check the price ! more then 2 times that price for a known-brand - battery ( and do you know if that are not the same ones ) i know that Venture - Owner ( see the difference to Venturers ! or Venture - Rider ! ) often act like "Dagobert Duck" but there are Venturer - i know - who have to count their bucks

Has anybody here been able to get tid of the light? My new battery didn't include a sensor and I have been tolerating the annoying light. Tom

A good quality black piece of insulation tape stuck over the red warning light,I've had mine on for 2 years, ;D ;D
There is something you can connect to the end of the sensor which will trick the computer into beleiving it is ok,I can't remember what it is,maybe a diode,the info came from our US Club,maybe somebody here will jump in with the answer.

take the cmpl. cockpit apart and cut the wireto the red led ;-)) thats what i have done...

Hey everybody i"ll ride at 10 days also a xvz12 .....absolutly great.. but i have some problems with batterie lamp(red) sometimes it"s blinking and sometimes it does nothing ....what can i do .....cut the cable or is the charger defekt. thanks for our answer bye Jochen

Hey guy, the answer to this problem : a little resistor ( who have three brown tripes, not more 0.20 cents ) one side over the plus accessory, the other side on the sensor's wire: End of the Christmas tree ! Later on the road....

Hi, The battery cencor lead has to have a supply otherwise it will cause the led to flash so just put a supply from the battery to the cencor lead and the light will stop flashing , Easy peasy a
