Hi all I´ve got an irritating problem with the clutch on my 1:st gen Venture (13td -90). "Sloppy" clutch handle, slight pull from engine with handle pressed fully in and loss of fluid without any sign of where it´s leaking. Could there be an "internal" leakage in the slave cylinder? ......fluid disappearing inside the engine? Ideas anyone?

;D ;D ;D Hi, Sorry to hear about your clutch problem. It sounds like a slave cylinder problem , the fluid loss you get will probably be very little and would be burnt up on the collector box before you notice any fluid on the floor. It cannot get into the engine at all so do not worry about that. Try bleeding the system with new fluid and make sure all the air is out.If it is better then try new seals in the slave cylinder and that should cure it.The slave cylinder is a bit of a pregnant dog to get out and to get back in but you will probably have to reseal the slave cylinder in the end.The master cylinders do not give to many problems and are yery easy to reseal . Best of luck my friend. Yours Colin Part numbers for both Master cylinder kit 2KW-W0099-00-00 Slave cylinde kit 26H-W0098-00-00 hope you fix it OK
