as i had to notice that there are people out who got problems in understanding my way of thinking, i will try to give a short explain why i say
u never know when u get your call but for me - i hope it might be while riding my Venture
cause these times belong to the best i have in my Life
:
the way i post is my way to cope with things, its my way to put my sadness into words
and im sure some of YOU know what im talkin about - when i say : we real Bikers ( not the ones that buy a new and different Bike each year just to show off they got cash, like harley drivers trailering their Bikes to meetings ) we know about the dangers that are into biking but we make our decisions up to think on the sunny sides on the beautifull roads and the friendship we find while doin this we are not ignoring the danger we accept it
and those who stick to a love to a bike they found like Colin - who - i am are sure - could have afford a newer bike as well like me like a few others i know they learn or get to the feeling that their Bike is something like a part of their body, like a familymember, a friend those wannabe Bikers ( read above ) will never experience somethin like that

Hi Falko I agree with your sentiment. I did not know Colin and was only just in the process of joining the UK group when this terrible accident happened. Its ironic, but I only live some 28 miles down the road from where Colin was based and was looking forward to meeting fellow 1st and 2nd generation RSV owners (mines a 2000 RSV). Would it be appropriate for me to come to the funeral? Cheers Alasdair alasdair@rockdoc.co.uk
