Let's see, Falko.
I agree with the idea of having a more general domain for the site. The one we have now being ".de" looks too much like a German site.
I also agree that fees could be a problem as money is always the start for many of the problems in this world.
My suggestion is to make a collect at the French Meeting this summer. Imagine that we are close to 300 people in that meeting.I think that asking for 1 Euro to the people in there is not a big deal and it will make money enough to manage the domains, accounts and everything. Maybe we can put some kind of box in the bar with the text: Make a donation for Europe-Venturers. I bet we can do it.
Another idea is to tell the presidents of each club to make that money during each country meetings doing something similar. But I guess this is gonna be more difficult.
Anyway, just thinking aloud.
Best regards,
Nacho.

yeah bunnie you are right
right now i have bought 2 domains + webspace
the incl. email alias - thats what you get right now when you are a member of the Europe-Venturers
that means if someone sends mail to yournick@venturers.de or yournick @europe-venturers.org
i will forward it to your normal email-adress
after paying a small fee you will get a normal pop3 account you can handle with your emailprog SO YOU ALSO CAN SEND MAILS WITH THAT ADRESS
next thing i may include for a small fee is webspace so you can post your pics , not only the venture related if there is a interest for something like that
ok we will see

for the pop3 account i will take 10 € first year and after that 5 € per year
i think that fowarding should still work - but why should it ?
which email prog do you use ? or do you use a web - mail account ? - means: you look to the mails on a website ?
