My beautiful girl is away and I find myself missing her greatly. I know that I hadn't mounted her lately, but I found comfort in the fact that she was there for me always. Now that she is gone I find myself doing a lot of paceing and fretting while she is being fussed over by somebody else. Before I took her to the shop for a service, I took much of her plastic off, and since then I must have put 6 to 8 coats of wax on each piece. I went out shopping for her today - looking for things to make her sparkle even more. I even went down to the shop to make sure that the machanic treated her right. And this is only the second day!!! Man - I'm a nervous wreck. What's it going to be like for the next two weeks??? - It's going to be a long winter.

Hi there, Tom.
I'm sorry to hear you had to do this. Why did you sale it? Wife's rules or just money need. Don't answer if you don't want to. I was just curious.
On the other hand, don't be afraid about her. Venture buyers are always special people and I'm sure the new owner will be a nice one. He will treat her nice and carefully just as you did.
If if remember well, you had two Ventures, right? Wich one did you sale?
Be strong, my friend.
Hasta la vista,
Nacho.

Hola Nacho, You have a good memory. Yes I did have two, Actually I had three. I had an 83, 90 and 93. Unfortunatly, my wife said one had to go. I sold the 83 to a person that I have occasional contact, so I know that is well cared for. I felt that the 83 was the fastest and most nimble, but since it hadn't had the 2nd gear replaced, I didn't want to deal with that. The 90 was wrecked and I am using it as a parts bike, the 93 is the one I was refering to, though. I have it in the shop for a service and have been without it for over two weeks. How is your RSV? Certainly you have it back together. Didn't you also buy a 1 Gen? What is the riding weather like in Spain at this time. Here in California, we are having the dryest January ever. It gets below freezing at night, but 50 - 60 F during day --- and my scoot is in the shop.
