Hey Guys,
during Conversation about fitting he V-Boost System from a Vmax in just remember that Marcello from the vmaxxers.net fitted a completely computerized Injection System to several Maxxes. At the 1200 cc Stock Engine there was an upgrade of some 15 DIN-HP and some 20 Mm Torque improvement. On his 1670cc fully tuned Engine was the Improvement some 30 HP and 40 Nm Torque. He's got 192 HP and about 165 Nm at the Wheel on his Vmax.
The best News is the Computer is Open-System, one can programme all Parameters of the Injection-Timing in reference to Temperatureparameters, several Systempressures and so on. So you can programme the Power to the Revs where you wan't to have them. Programming comes by a Com-Port at the Blackbox and Excel-Files to programme the Parameters.
The Price was about 1500 Euros complete with Installing and 2 or 3 Dynoruns to make up a fine working System. Marcello's Workshop is in the Northwest of Belgium. He's also my best known Address in V4 Engine Repairs, Tuning and everything around the V4.

Hi Wing, yes, thats the Page of Hoelle, Hell in english, he's with Marcello in that Project, he himself has the Green Vmax, also Injection fitted. I've seen three Maxxes with the System, Marcellos, Hoelles, Maggi's. From Boostman I only know that he has it installed on his 1500 cc Engine. On the Venture the very Best is .. nobody can see anything of the Carburetors ;d ;d;d No Discussions about Injection or Carbs ... and the upcoming Emissioncheck by the TüV shouldn't be a Problem. But .. 192 HP on a Stock Venture ? No Way ... You can buy a 1500cc Vmax-Engine and fit the injection, should bring up around 160 HP at 150 Nm @ 6500 Revs. The 192 HP Enginge MArcello has made for his own is a very special One, I won't say what he has done to his Crankshaft to bring up the Engine to 1670cc.

In the Meantime, i checked some things out, Crankshaft, Rods, Bearings on the 1300 cc Venture come from the Vmax -Engine ...
so definetly no Problems with the extra Power, Carbs or Injection !!!!
The Carbs seem to be different, the Venture Ones should be a little bit bigger in Diamater, because the Jet Pilots are way to small to fill up another 100 cc.
It seems that the Camshafts are different to the Vmax, this could mean a little bit less Power, or a little bit more of that ...
Can't say until someone measures the Camshafts of both Engines.
