Yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there friends. Can you believe it? Last Sunday I did my longest ride since the last International I attended in France last summer.
¡¡¡¡¡140 km!!!!!!!!!!
Felt soooooo gooooooodddd!!!!!!!!!!!
It was a beautiful ride around the landscapes of my city, wich I'm discovering now that I can get more two hours away from home because of the baby.
I had a new parter for this purpose and he was Enrique, to whom I helped a few months ago to buy a Venture from Germany and to replace a broken cardan.
He owed me some money from a windshield that I saled to him and I told him that part of the payment had to be a riding morning with the two Ventures.
So out we went by ourselfs, with the two Ventures around places that I even didn't know they existed in my province.
Didn't take pictures of the landscapes, but a couple of them in a small village we stopped for drink and a snack and another ones of my own bike driven by him (he wanted to test my taller shield).
By the way, he got really surprised of my bike ran with 125.000 km on the odometer. He said that she was much smoother (more smooth?) than his. He didn't understand why my Venture had "more feeling in the throte" and more important, why she was willing to go into the curves "much faster" and "much safer" and "much easier" than his.
So, when people tell me how good my bike goes is when I most feel happy for the changes that I did to her (progesive front springs and smaller T-bones on the rear shock).
And today I have another short ride. Ytu is coming from Madrid as it is a non working day today over there and he wanted to do some bike riding (200 km just to come and see me. I simply love this boy). I'll take him downtown in Valladolid for some good gastronomy.
Anyway. Here I show you a few pics. I hope you enjoy them.
Hasta la visa,
Nacho.
