I have been in touch with Colin & it looks good,we like hotels as well, leave the camping to the younger ones, unless the hotels are very expensive, then it will be camping.
Bunnie, are we going on a mystery tour,I'm looking forward to that.

Hey, that looks really nice . We are still struggeling regarding our arrival date. Guess we will leave Bavaria leave in late afternoon. Depends on how Scopi and I will get another day vacation, because one week after the meet we gonna leave for a three weeks vacation ride. So it might come up a bit difficult. If we leave by Thursday we plan to be there with the trailer and stop at ruth and roland. If we go on Friday, we just take the direct way to the meet without trailer. Scorpi and his V4 can stay in the windshade of my scooter ;D ;D ;D ;D But at least - we will be there - may be late - but we will make it !

Hello Bunnie! I an my wife Kicki are planning to join You for the tour to the meeting. We plan to arrive to the campsite already the 19th and stay until 21th. We also plan to camp during the meeting. I have some trouble to open the dutch website but I suppose there are camping possibilities there. After the meeting we will continue our vacation in some direction, not yet decided. We are looking forward to see you! Ingemar

today I made special arrangements with the camping near our place concerning finances.
As it is the high-season the people want to see a downpayment of 25% and a full payment 10 day before arrival.
The arangement I made consist in this that the downpayment is still due immediately but the full payment can be done at arrival.
I am willing to do the prepayment for you so you do not have costs for making an international transfer. Therefor you only need to make a transfer to my paypal address at f.nijkamp@hccnet.nl with the correct amount.
Be aware the campers do need to make a reservation by themselves at the campsite. the place that you will camp is called "trekkersveld". You can mention that it is about the ventureclub.

blondie and I are finally able to join. Already applied for an extra day off at the company. It was approved today.
We will do the reservation right now at the campside. Bunnie, since we meet each other in two weeks, will you be so kind and do the down payment for us ?
Thx in advance
Blondie and Winghunter
